All room types offer views of lush greenery or rice fields.

Deluxe Room & Alaya Room: 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years
Suite: 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years

Can I request an extra bed?

Yes, extra beds can be arranged in certain room types for an additional charge.

What bed sizes are available?

King Bed: 200 x 200 cm
Twin Bed: 120 x 200 cm

Bed configuration may be arranged based on preference at the time of booking.

What is the bathroom layout like?

Bathrooms are designed with a balance of luxury and privacy. Toilet areas are fully enclosed, while the rest of the bathroom features an open layout with secure curtains.

Do any rooms have connecting doors?

Yes, some Alaya Rooms and Suite offer connecting doors. Depending on the room location, the connecting access can be through the balcony or an external corridor, ensuring privacy. Please request this feature when booking.

Is the resort wheelchair accessible?

Facilities for guests with limited mobility are available, but limited. Please contact our team in advance to discuss specific needs.

What is your booking policy?
  • A valid credit card is required to confirm a booking.
  • Payment may be made in advance or upon arrival, depending on the rate plan.
  • Free cancellation is generally available up to 3 days before arrival. Terms vary by booking type.

What should I know about staying close to nature?

Our location offers a nature-filled setting, which may include the occasional encounter with small insects. Rooms are cleaned daily, and mosquito repellent is provided to keep things comfortable. For the most peaceful stay, we recommend keeping balcony doors closed when not in use.

Can airport transfers be arranged?

Yes. We offer both standard and luxury transfer services for an additional charge. Advance notice of at least 48 hours is recommended.

Is there a shuttle service in Ubud?

Yes, a paid shuttle service is available and may be arranged through the front desk.
