Carbón
Inspired by the flavours of Mexico and Peru, Carbón is centred around a live fire grill. The menu features flame-cooked dishes, seasonal ingredients, and bold Latin American spirit, served in a warm and lively setting. Breakfast is included and served here with a semi-buffet and à la carte options.
Baker Butcher Barista
A relaxed all-day dining venue with artisan pastries and comfort food. The concept takes inspiration from traditional butcher shops, where guests can select premium cuts sold by the gram and have them grilled to their preference for a separate cooking fee.
Tequila & Cigar Lounge
An intimate lounge designed for slower evenings. Curated tequila infusions and classic cocktails are paired with hand-rolled cigars in a quiet, composed setting.
